To design a reverse crowdfunding app using World Mini App where users contribute to vote on wishes
Griffin Pledge is a novel reverse crowdfunding application built as a World Mini App. Unlike traditional crowdfunding where creators solicit funds for their projects, Griffin Pledge empowers users to collectively propose and vote on "wishes" or ideas they want to see funded and brought to life.
Seamless User Experience: Being a World Mini App allows Griffin Pledge to be easily accessible within the World App ecosystem, leveraging the existing user base and infrastructure.
World ID Integration: Utilizing World ID for voting and potentially for user verification adds a layer of security and helps prevent manipulation.
World Chain for Transactions: Leveraging the World Chain for cryptocurrency contributions and fund distribution ensures low transaction fees and fast processing times.
Swap function: we tried to utilize 1inch's Fusion+ cross-chain swap API to manage inbound transfer.
We built it as World Mini App to integrate verifying, payment, transaction.
Frontend: Built using the World Mini App development framework, focusing on a user-friendly and intuitive interface for browsing, proposing, voting, and contributing. The UI Kit provided by World can be utilized for faster and easier development.
We used Smart Contracts: Core functionalities like voting logic, funding allocation rules, and potentially milestone-based fund release can be implemented using smart contracts on the World Chain. This ensures trust and automation.
API Integration: Integration with World Chain APIs to interact with smart contracts and retrieve on-chain data.
