GiveDAO

GiveDAO is a blockchain community-driven cross-chain open protocol for the public good industry that innovates a new blockchain-based tokenomics ecosystem for charitable organizations to be more cost-efficient, transparent, and accountable in their daily operations. The GiveDAO protocol will be multichain deployment and finally be a blockchain solution provider to the nonprofit industry. The GiveDAO project will incorporate a DAO system where members of the charity ecosystem can vote on important choices that stakeholders proposed. We hope that this will help get more people involved in the new charity ecosystem and encourage more giving. GiveDAO products and services include: an internal exchange to convert all kinds of donations into GiveDAO token, a built-in treasury to store and donate easily, an explorer to track donations transparently, tools to connect donors and service providers with all the members involved in the non-profit sector, and templates of smart contracts to run fundraising campaigns, program management, and volunteer management.

This project uses the @Metamask browser-based wallet behind the scenes to connect to Lens protocol APIs. We used the Next.js, GraphQL, and Apollo for the frontend and the Lens protocol for the backend. We planned to integrate Polygon, ChainLink, Ceramic, lit Protocol, LivePeer, The Graph into our project.
