Gho-Tip

GHO-TIP is application to tip anyone with GHO-tokens with just a link, without knowing their address in a completely decentralized way. It uses Account Abstraction with features of GHO token and chainlink CCIP to achieve this.

Project Description

How gho-tip works? Gho tip creates a light weight wallet based on a link. While creating a link the user send GHO tokens or other assets (to pay in GHO while still having their exposure) to the light weight wallet. User then can share this link to anyone.

The receiver can claim those tokens to any address (or a create a wallet with google account for new users: coming soon) without worrying about any gas. Behind the scenes there is a smart contract that works with the entry-point and uses permit method to extract tokens from the light weight wallet to send to the address. User can also select which chain they want to claim. This uses chainlink CCIP

The application for this thing is huge. From online tippings, prize distributing, re-emmitance to offline ticking as well.

In the future we will have an option to directly withdraw to the bank from the link so even a person who is not in web3 can benefit from it.

How it's Made

The frontend interface is build using Nextjs. The contracts are written and tested with hardhat. Major Technologies and libraries used -> Account Abstraction, Permit, Stake assets and withdraw GHO from Aave, CCIP.
