Our breakthrough combines three cutting edge protocols: ERC-3643 for regulatory compliance and security token standards, Self Protocol for zero-knowledge identity verification, and 0G for ultra fast, low cost blockchain infrastructure. This creates automatic compliance with securities laws while preserving user privacy. Property owners unlock instant liquidity by selling fractions of their assets, while investors gain transparent access to premium real estate previously reserved for the ultra wealthy. Core Protocol Stack: Fragmenta integrates three distinct blockchain protocols into a unified platform, a significant technical challenge that required custom bridging solutions and protocol adaptations.

ERC-3643 (T-REX) Implementation: We implemented the full T-REX suite including ONCHAINID contracts for identity management, Identity Registry for investor validation, and Compliance smart contracts for automated rule enforcement. The most complex part was customizing the transfer functions to work seamlessly with our property tokenization logic while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Self Protocol Integration: Built custom zkSNARK circuits to verify identity credentials without exposing personal data. We created a novel identity verification flow that generates cryptographic proofs for age, location, and accreditation status. The technical breakthrough was mapping traditional KYC requirements to zero-knowledge proofs while maintaining legal validity.

0G Protocol Deployment: Leveraged 0G's high-throughput infrastructure for smart contract deployment and decentralized storage. We optimized our contracts for 0G's architecture, achieving sub-second deployment times and 99% gas cost reduction. Property documents are stored using 0G's decentralized storage with IPFS-style content addressing.

Frontend Architecture: Built with React/TypeScript using modern Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi) for blockchain interaction. Implemented responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components. The wallet connection supports MetaMask with custom hooks for multi-protocol transactions.
