Flux

Flux is a platform where web3 products / organisations can come and create their own AI support agent.

We provide various functionalities like, documentation context and app walkthrough context. Keeping the web2 native stuff in mind, we also have various on chain tools like Transaction decoder, transaction verification and refund management. Companies can simply use this as a widget within their existing application as well, reducing the load of code as well.

Checking out the support section of any consumer centric web3 app, all we see are requests / tickets for transaction not going through, or accidental extra payment done while doing some action. The users usually have to wait for a day or two before this gets resolved, we remove that friction and bring the support within seconds, 24/7.

Not only that, the agents are further explorable on ASI marketplace as well to incorporate into agentic flows as well.

This project is backed with the help of uAgents by Artificial Superintelligence Alliance. We have a factory mechanism where we spin up a fluence based VM instance for each agent, providing best infra. Companies can select from a set of capabilities and then create their agent. Afterwards with the help of some bash scripts and some executions, we make it live on an embeddable widget for anyone to use.

Further the documentation parsing and context management is handled with MeTTa. We also provide each agent a unique ENS name so that it's action can be verified on chain without any trouble.

The TS based backend works as a proxy to the main python backend where agent is created and deployed.

Our frontend provides interface to the orgs so they can create their support agent bots, and a link to embed in their existing application.
