Project Description

FlowG is a visual AI workflow builder for the 0G decentralized AI operating system. It makes building and deploying AI workflows as easy as connecting Lego blocks. With a drag-and-drop interface, real-time previews, AI-assisted configuration, and one-click deployment to 0G mainnet, FlowG bridges the gap between AI developers, data scientists, and Web3 builders.

By integrating 0G’s core stack — Compute, Storage, DA, and Chain — FlowG ensures that workflows are decentralized, scalable, and secure. Developers can design, test, and version workflows entirely on-chain, opening the door for decentralized AI-powered applications, from dApps to research pipelines.

How it's Made

FlowG is built with Next.js + TypeScript for the frontend, using @xyflow/react for visual workflow editing. State management is handled with Zustand, while the workflow engine integrates directly with 0G SDKs for compute, storage, DA, and chain execution. • 0G Compute powers AI inference for nodes (text/image generation). • 0G Storage handles decentralized persistence of workflow data. • 0G DA provides on-chain workflow versioning and history. • 0G Chain (EVM-compatible) enables smart contract deployment and execution.

We also added AI-assisted node configuration to make setup faster, plus a custom workflow runtime that allows testing flows directly in the browser before deployment.

A hacky but fun part was stitching together real-time preview of nodes, so users see outputs immediately. This makes experimenting much easier, especially for non-technical users.
