A Payroll solution for DAOs and Orgs where neither the DAO nor the recipient needs to be aware of their wallet addresses.
Project Description
Organisations that wish to begin running their Payroll or Payments in crypto are often concerned about the seed security of their employee wallets. If the employees are not tech-savvy, there is an additional cognitive and operational load for both the parties to teach them on key management and security. This often keeps organisations from onboarding their employees.
With FlexWage, Orgs can login to their safe by just their Google login. Once logged in, org operator can add their employees or contributors with just their email address. Operators can also import their contacts from google and add them.
When a contributor logs into the app with the added Email id for the first time, a wallet address is created for them and added to their profile.
From then on, orgs can make payments to the added contributors' wallet addresses via the connected Safe.

We have built a smart contract where Org operators can setup payment to contributors without wallet addresses yet. But we could not complete the integration in time.
