Project Description
FlareX is a decentralized finance (DeFi) hub that unifies access to Flare Network’s core protocols: FTSO (Flare Time Series Oracle), FAssets, and the Secure Random Number. It features a real-time dashboard where users can monitor live staking APYs, protocol status, and trading metrics, all through a responsive browser-based interface. Designed for both new and advanced DeFi users, FlareX simplifies complex protocol interactions and integrates with real-world applications.
How it's Made
FlareX is built with a modern React-based frontend, styled using Tailwind CSS and animated using Framer Motion to deliver a clean, fast, and interactive UI.
For real-time data, we pull live metrics from Flare’s FTSO and VRF endpoints and visualize them using recharts. The app integrates directly with the Flare Network to display staking APYs, protocol uptime, and randomness outputs.
To meet hackathon requirements, we utilized external data sources via the FTSO oracle system and are planning to integrate cross-chain capabilities.
