FanWorld

FanWorld is a gamified sports engagement platform that goes beyond traditional prediction markets. Users can bet and vote for their favorite teams, create and join communities through a feed of iconic stadium moments, and stake tokens to publish their own betting markets. It’s designed to make sports fandom more interactive, social, and rewarding.

FanWorld combines a state channels hub with a browser-based frontend to enable fast deposits and withdrawals to exchanges. We used smart contracts for prediction markets, a staking mechanism for user-generated markets, and an event feed for community interaction. Partner technologies helped us handle scalability and instant settlement, while we implemented a lightweight off-chain architecture to make the experience smooth and hackathon-ready.
