This project pretend create a colaetarized fiat token (COPX) colatarized with GHO whit vaults that can be used for payment purposes or just crypto access. The COPX allows users to access automated services given by services providers and at the same time protecting services providers of the value token because this token is colatarized in a valuable token (GHO).

We want to create vaults for get local fiat tokens (COPX) colaterized in GHO to allow to get services from others

First, KYC for 1 year

1. User must identify themselfs with the Deform
2. Internally, a Compliance officer must screen Wallet and TaxID number. We use Public methods as GoPlus or Private as Eliptic for On-chain Screening and We used private providers as Risk International of Off-chain Screening. If user has good results, then we will airdrop a Souldbound Token to their address. This Token has 365 days durability, after that is burned.

Second, Recharge your vault 4. Alfter this, the user can own a vault with GHO and COPX. Each time that they recharge FIAT a Back-end will trigger a mint of COPX in the Vault and we will call a Facilitator to bring GHO to the Vault. So, COPX has a ratio 1-1 with fiat COP and GHO has a ratio 1-1 with USD, so that allow us create a ratio USD/COP. 5. This SouldBound token allows the user create Ramps orders with specific Typeform. And each order trigger a change in their vault.

Third, Use 6. They can use their COPX to access Onchain automated services of providers. For example, in a restaurant they can recharge their vault COPX/GHO and they can ask for a receipt payed with their vault which will be debited automatically when they place their order. 7. They can withdrawth GHO from the Vault to Sepolia Mainnet or Arbitrum Mainnet (in back-end we will be using a CCIP Transferor)
