Dwitch

Dwitch empowers fans to get a closer connection to their favorite creators and provides creators with complete ownership of the communication channel to their most engaged community members. Dwitch can be thought of as a decentralized Twitch/Cameo where influencers, community leaders and creators can spin up a decentralized live stream and allow anyone to join in for a small fee. When watchers join, Dwitch automatically facilitates the stream of micro payments from the viewer to the creator in exchange for the ability to get access to the stream, and engage with the streamer by asking text questions.

We leverage Livepeer for video streaming. XMTP for communication, Superfluid for the super social token and payment from fans to creators, IPFS for video on demand storage, coinbase cloud as an RPC provider, and The Graph for data aggregation.

When a streamer "registers" they automatically create a super token that represents a reward for fans who watch their streams. We have 3 on-chain contracts that facilitate the management of streams, and payment flows.
