Puppies from breeder with good reputation - supporting breeder in actions and customer in decisioning.

Breeding puppies is mostly hobby for many breeders (kind of micro business). The goal is to build an dApp supporting breeder to add the litters in the app, with multiple features (puppy name, health, colors, pictures etc). Solution can be used in other pet breeding as well.

Needs of customer:

• to get to know the puppy as a future family member
• to find the breeders with good reputation needs of breeder: nice way to share info about the litters to customers *build-in standards of breeding ⟶ breeder fulfills the requirements (included reputational aspect) gets an NFT for each litter/pet *NFT can maybe be also a tool of payment *there might be authors interested in such easy and digital system starting ”small” with one breeder is a beginning to build the network

Needs: To set a pilot-project with relevant actors to build the entity and courage to lead the way to the real world implementation, user case.

Wants: There is need for automated quality control of breeding in system level (build-in standards). Digital payment methods via cryptos can be used in the process. To find easier tools for breeder’s and customer’s action also supporting lifecycle of puppy/kitten customer buys the puppy/kitten and all the info with NFT, information stored in IPFS

Challenges: Like all the innovation projects also this has risks. Project-implementation needs global resources and professionals project. Lack of programming education. Example of real world implementation, which is more than a wallet or an app, a dService with all relevant parties.

Project is in idea phase: should have a breeder, a programmer and maybe me in the team. Can be quite a task for 48 hours. Learning experience for me. Project is tiny and mostly I am here to measure the interest in it.

Project needs a draw.io picture, describing the process. Also a design is needed for dApp and other material. And the programming is needed as well.

There will be limited amount of material related this project. This experience has been great so far and online-hackathons works well. Certainly there are things to improve, natural part of development. Team-formation could be even more structured, by somehow describing the roles. I've seen a nice illustration of which could be used.
