Project Description

Direct acts as the invisible execution layer for the next generation of Web3 users by completely abstracting away the friction of fragmented bridges and complex swap UIs into a single, AI-native intent commander. Instead of forcing users to navigate the technical debt of individual chains, our platform utilizes a modular Skill-based Architecture that deconstructs natural language into high-fidelity atomic execution plans that operate autonomously in the background. By seamlessly resolving human-readable ENS names and routing complex transactions through Uniswap v4 for cutting-edge capital efficiency, we ensure that the underlying complexity of the blockchain remains entirely hidden from the end user. Integrating native interoperability via Circle CCTP further eliminates the security risks and slippage associated with traditional bridging, delivering a "zero-education" experience where users simply state their goals. This represents the "Uber moment" for DeFi—a reality where the technical rails of Arbitrum and Base effectively disappear, leaving only the user’s intent as the primary driver of value.

How it's Made

To ensure the precision required for on-chain financial operations, we engineered Direct around a core philosophy of deterministic execution and high-fidelity automation. We bypassed standard chat-based logic by building an Intent Engine powered by Gemini that maps user prompts directly to strictly-validated TypeScript interfaces, effectively neutralizing the risk of AI "hallucinations" before they touch any smart contract logic. This engine feeds into our Skill Registry, where protocols such as Circle CCTP, Uniswap v4, and LI.FI are encapsulated as standalone classes, allowing our Workflow Orchestrator to chain multi-chain actions into a single, coherent logical flow across Base and Arbitrum Sepolia. The entire stack is built on Next.js 14 using Viem and Wagmi for robust blockchain interactions, specifically integrating the Circle bridge-kit to facilitate programmatically managed native burn-and-mint flows. To push the limits of automation, we developed a production-grade Headless Provider environment that enables our agent to sign and relay transactions programmatically, simulating a real-world automated environment that operates with zero manual browser interaction.
