DigiOffice is an application that reduces the current paper usages in the offices and leads towards a paperless revolution
DigiOffice is working towards making the offices decentralized and paper-less. Many offices have to keep those bulky hardcopies in their offices and also they require papers for storing information which creates an impact on the environment also. DigiOffice is trying to reduce the work of papers for the offices take there first step towards decentralisation. We are working on designing a decentralised paperless office which can be used by many offices who have to keep a lot of hard copies in their office. β The user will upload all the required documents for making a document on the online portal of a particular office , which will be seen by the office person and his e-document will be made with the help of digitally signed NFTs resembling his document. β From the users perspective also the platform is beneficial as the documents that are being uploaded on the platform will be verified by the authority and people donβt have to carry the files of the documents, just hardware verifications like fingerprints will be the reasons for which user will visit office in the time slot provided. β From the security purposes also the platform is beneficial as we can trace all the changes , since the document is stored on the blockchain, and also it is not easy to tamper a document that is present on a blockchain. Hence, the documents will be safe and can be traced for there changes.(if made any) β So, this not only reduces the workload of the offices to keep all the hardcopies but also saves user verification time and hassle of carrying documents.
