This projects helps web3 developers to create their decentralized identity. And let the recruiters approach them instead of developers applying to countless companies.
This solves the problem for recruiters too as they don't have to go over thousands of Resumes in order to find suitable candidate.
- Developers and recruiters create their profile.
- Each profile is stored in a secure smart contract.
- Recruiters can create multiple job openings and once a candidate with great fit is found, recruiters can approach them by sending them the details about the specific job opening.
How it's Made
- Profile data of both developer and recruiter is uploaded to IPFS using Thirdweb Storage SDK.
- CID generated is then sent over to the secure smart contract built with Solidity.
- The data is pulled using Front-End built with Nextjs and vanilla CSS.
- Once a candidate with great fit is found, recruiters can approach them by sending them a PUSH notification to their wallet which contains the details about the specific job opening.
- Candidates can see the details/notification in their inbox from this platform itself.
