Web3 platform where AI Agents verify public data, ensure transparency, and reward contributors.
Public data is everywhere—government reports, research studies, economic indicators. But accessing, verifying, and making sense of it? That’s a nightmare.
Data is scattered, hidden behind paywalls, or stuck in formats that are difficult to analyze. Even when you do find the right data, how do you know it’s accurate? Who uploaded it? Can you trust it?
Centralized platforms profit from valuable public information, while contributors—the researchers, analysts, and experts—get nothing in return.
There’s no incentive to contribute, no way to verify authenticity, and no system that ensures data remains accurate over time.
But what if there was a way to make public data trustworthy, verifiable, and rewarding for those who contribute?
What if AI and blockchain could work together to create a system where public data is validated, analyzed, and monetized—ensuring transparency while empowering contributors? That’s exactly what we’re building.
DeStatistics is a project to democratize access to public information through a decentralized platform that ensures both transparency and the provenance of data from specialized contributors.
Think of it as a decentralized Statista, designed to solve the biggest challenges in accessing, verifying, and analyzing public data.
At its core, the platform enables users to upload and validate data on-chain. Contributors who provide high quality, verified datasets are rewarded through a blockchain-based incentive system, ensuring a sustainable and community driven ecosystem.
To achieve this, AI Agents will interact directly with smart contracts to:
Verify data integrity and source credibility.
Automate payments and rewards for contributors.
Facilitate data monetization by allowing users to access premium insights through data and AI-driven agents.
These AI Agents will process large volumes of information, identify patterns, and generate interactive visualizations, all while maintaining transparency through the blockchain. Users can access insights, download reports, and even contribute their own data—turning public information into a shared, incentivized resource.
This approach not only ensures trustworthy and verifiable public data but also creates a new economic model where contributors, researchers, and organizations can benefit from a decentralized knowledge-sharing ecosystem.
The web platform was developed with NextJS, which allowed for quick page creation and user-facing integration with Privy, either with an embedded wallet or a wallet like MetaMask. We used server actions to connect services like Recall and access databases efficiently.
In addition, a virtual machine was deployed on Google Cloud to deploy our AI agent, which was responsible for performing verifications and processing transactions.
In addition we used the following sponsor tech stack:
