When it comes to trade big volume of digital assets, risk management is the most important point to take into account.

Decentralized Finance has always had a bad reputation in terms of risk management, with this project we aim to incentivize institutional firms to give it a second chance and increase their activities there.

We have built a smart contract which provide all the necessary functions to do OTC trades in a secure manner where only owner can create quotes and only whitelisted addresses can execute them.

We have written a smart contract in solidity which can be deployed in any EVM compatible network. On top of that, we are relying on Zk technology (Polygon ID) to reduce the risk with counter parties by systematically checking their KYB.
