De-concierge: Polygon-powered ledger proving short-term rental availability.
De-concierge is a verifiable booking concierge for short‑term rentals that unifies Airbnb, Vrbo, and Google calendars into a tamper-evident timeline on Polygon. Guests describe their stay, the concierge ranks properties, and every recommendation cites Flare-attested calendar hashes plus Filecoin receipts. Hosts gain conflict prevention, auditable payouts, and a shareable proof vault, while agents and dApps can query the same state via API or subgraph.
The experience runs on a Next.js 16 frontend styled with Tailwind, RainbowKit, and Wagmi for wallet flow gating; once connected, the UI hits a TypeScript services layer that ingests ICS feeds with node-ical, normalizes events via Luxon, hashes them, and requests Flare Data Connector attestations (with a deterministic mock fallback for this version). Those digests feed a Filecoin Onchain Cloud persistence hook, whose CID plus confidence scores surface in the intent plan returned to the hero.
