De Bulletin is a decentralised bulletin board of users where they can publish an article and other users can interact with the article and reward the creator. To publish an article user must subscribe to the platform. Similarly, to interact with an article, say like an article, user must subscribe to the platform.

Hardhat , solidity contracts Next.js Solidity contracts for creating the bulletin board and adding notice to each board. For creating a board, a certain amount goes to the deployer. For creating notices, a certain amount is shared between the deployer and the board creator. Frontend is on next.js/typescript
