DAFO

DAFO is a DAO with a set of functions as below, that allows a group of accounts decide on buying/selling different assets.

Here are a list of proposals that DAFO handles:

• set minimum voter for valid trade proposals to X% + Y of (all/holded)
• set minimum voter for valid other proposals to X% + Y of (all/holded)
• set vote system for trade proposals to X% + Y of participants
• set vote system for other proposals to X% + Y of participants
• set vote trade proposal time to X block
• set trade proposal execution time to X block
• set other proposal time to Y block
• set trade round to X block
• set max available trade proposal to X
• set max available other proposal to X
• set minimum vote power to propose trade
• set minimum vote power to propose other proposal

I have used the Scaffold-ETH and openzeppelin contracts. For sure I've use Cursor in agent mode. Right now it's not complete and is in a pre pre mvp stage, but I have the plan to add blockscout merits as royalty for DAO members that have a good impact with beneficial proposals and votings. There was also a plan to check the account with World and give higher weight to votes of verified human members.
