The main goal of this MemCoin(token) is to have users on one end, and partners(projects) on another. So the idea was to have partners, that want to have new users. and Users who hold our memCoin, to be eligible for lottery

So every set period, users can run a lottery, that gets a random from chainlink VRF, after getting a list of winners, it will be sent to a chain, on which our partners have project on, to distribute partners' tokens(prizes) to winners using Chainlink CCIP

This project will use Chainlink VRF to get a lottery winners list. and then send this to another chain using Chainlink CCIP to send sponsor's tokens(prizes) to winners.

So let me explain it in example. New memCoin that is deployed on Blast comes to us, and offers a prize pool in tokens for a lottery. Our memcoin will be deployed on chain such as polygon. Our memcoin holders will all be eligible for the lottery. We run a lottery on polygon, using Chainlink VRF. Get a list of winners. and send it from Polygon to Blast using Chainlink CCIP. Our contract on blast sends prizes to winners
