Project Description
A Buy Now, Pay Later-style protocol, but powered by crypto lenders. Users can purchase goods immediately by receiving USDC, while repaying later through deferred bank debits (e.g., via GoCardless). The financing is provided by individuals who want to lend their crypto in exchange for gradual returns.
How it's Made
We used Hardhat 3 during the dev to test, deploy our contracts and do some automations (whitelist wallet addresses...).
We used GoCardless to make BNPL possible with strong KYC and pull money from borrower's bank accounts directly based on an instalment. When we pull the money from the bank account, we take this money and use Circle Wires to send this Money to Circle Mint. Then we on ramp the money from Circle Mint to our Circle Dev Wallet using Circle Console.
We used Solidity smart contracts.
