ContentCurationDAO

Content Curator DAO aims to create curated content themes on decentralized social media platforms such as Lens. It solves three problems:

1. A place to find the best content for a particular theme
2. Incentives for Filecoin nodes to store content for longer than 1.5 years
3. Incentives for DAO members to vote via token rewards if the post sells is collected as NFTs on Lens

The idea is that a Content Curator DAO member users its DAO tokens to vote on content that it truly believes is a good contribution to the particular content them they're voting on. They have to stake these DAO tokens so they are more responsible with the topics they vote for. Anyone can follow profiles that have been curated by the DAO and making use of features like Lens (in the future) will allow the posts to be collected and there should be an agreement (smart contract) between the content owner and the DAO that the DAO receives some of the funds if the post is collected as an NFT.

Since posts on lens protocol as are stored on IPFS, we're just extending the longevity of the content. By voting on a post, new storage deals will be created on Filecoin.

Future Technologies

• Read post data from Lens Protocol
• Create a smart contract with allows Lens profiles to agree to have their content curated as well as give some of the content's value to the DAO if it's sold as an NFT
• Create a Filecoin Opportunity for the nodes to store this content for longer
• Use superfluid to stream tokens to filecoin nodes and stream royalties to content curator dao voters
