We see several problems in the world related to Civic engagement and solutions:

• Civil society has misaligned incentives, the people’s voice can go unheard.
• Some people are unable to voice their concerns with censorship and safety concerns
• Need a way to gather quick feedback in an anonymous but verified way

Our Solution: An AI powered autonomous agent that gathers unique user sentiment and shares feedback on social media.

• NFC tap entry into the app. Allows users to share their feedback with identity protection using ZK and prevents sybil attacks.
• Data is analyzed and absorbed by the LLM
• AI Agent can post on Twitter.

This project uses the Arx research HaLo NFC chip as a way to authenticate users and provides privacy using a ZK proof built using Noir. We have built an autonomous agent integration using the Coinbase Developer platform which analyzes the data and posts on Twitter with a signature. The agent signs the payload plus the public key to verify that it is posting with the correct sentiment data.

We have incorporated the NounsDAO Noun generation API to allow the AI agent to take on the identify of the Nouns characters as well when people are logged in and submitting feedback or querying the agent.

For collecting the data, we have a vectoral database that index every user message. Then we use an Agent that retrieves the data from the database and summarizes it in a tweet.
