We developed a Smart Contract to permit the AAVE Community deposit liquidity in the community projects, generating big demand from AAVE Protocol and GHO, at the same time GHO is helping projects to grow.
As a "Startup from a Project" founders we faced the complexity of fundraising.

-Small to emdium capitalization. -No guarantee about the result of the application. -Assigned funds usually vary from expected and requested amount. -Unncertain about funds release times. -Governance that might change and affect the fundsflow.
Funsraising is exhaustive and depends on random criteria:
-A lot of time and effort in unsuccesful meetings. -Reuqieres prior investments, usually incorporations. -Depends on the gneral market perception from investors. -Better you are a "low hanging fruit" provider. -Uncertain about invstment/equity calculation.

Using the AAVE GHO Smart Contracts, CCIP and our own Smart Contracts we let the projects get collateralized by the AAVE Community to give the projects access to borrow GHO. The GHO is given in any chain (CCIP compatible) to avoid paying high gas fees. Funds are released by the milestones completition only, as happens with Grants model.
