Chain Trivia

Chain Trivia is a fun, daily trivia game that challenges users with crypto-themed questions. Each day, players log in with their Web3 identity (via wallet, ENS, Lens, or Farcaster) and answer three short, engaging questions. Scores and streaks are recorded onchain, and players earn digital badges as rewards. The game encourages friendly competition by letting users share results and climb a leaderboard.

We built Chain Trivia using Next.js for the frontend and Solidity smart contracts for onchain data storage. The Metal framework handles wallet connections and Web3 identity integration. Trivia questions are stored off-chain for easy updates, while user progress is tracked onchain for transparency. This approach combines familiar web technologies with blockchain to create a simple, engaging, and trustworthy game experience.
