These verified local businesses each come with a reputation score so users can pick a trusted merchant. Merchants set their own rates, and we only take a small platform fee, making everything transparent and easy to understand. Users will be able to compare rates across multiple merchants. More transparent than forex exchanges, you see all the fees right on the UI Cheaper than crypto to cash exchanges, in Europe it could range 10-15% and that’s not including hidden fees

We’ve actually started with Taiwan and these are the local merchants that expressed strong interest to use CashMe!

So now travelers can get cash, and local merchants can get crypto. But here’s the bigger picture. I want to send money to my unbanked family members in Indonesia, I can just send USDC to a verified merchant, and they can pick up cash on the other side of the globe. There’s currently 1.4 Billion unbanked people that need access to cash or crypto.

We use Privy for social logins and in-app wallet Mapbox and Google Maps for map view Ramp.Network and MoonPay handle KYC and off-ramps for our merchants, while Hyperlane powers our multichain swaps. Transactions will be signed through 7702 with gas sponsorship. Finally, Next.js and Node.js and TypeScript form our front and back ends, with MongoDB for secure data storage.

We are building this on Rootstock, Citrea, and Flow.
