Project Description

CareCrypt is a multi-agent healthcare platform designed to simplify patient care and enable secure, privacy-preserving medical data usage.

The system introduces five intelligent agents:

Patient Agent – Helps patients learn about symptoms using a knowledge graph, and book doctor or lab appointments.

Doctor Agent – Manages appointments, provides prescriptions, and ensures seamless communication with patients and labs.

Lab Agent – Delivers reports directly to patients and stores them securely in the database.

Report publisher Agent – Removes sensitive identifiers (HIPAA compliance) to create anonymized medical datasets for research.

Marketplace Agent – Handles secure payments (X-402 mechanism) and ensures authorized access when research institutions request data.

By combining patient-centric service delivery with privacy-first medical data monetization, CareCrypt addresses two major challenges:

Streamlining patient-doctor-lab communication to reduce delays and frustration.

Unlocking underutilized medical data for research in a secure, compliant manner.

How it's Made

CareCrypt is a decentralized healthcare data system built on the ASI Alliance stack. I designed five autonomous agents — Patient, Doctor, Lab, Publisher, and Marketplace — to work as modular building blocks that communicate securely and act on behalf of users.

Built with uAgents, Agentverse, and Chat Protocol Each agent runs on Fetch.ai’s uAgents framework, is registered in Agentverse for discovery/orchestration, and integrates the Chat Protocol. This means every agent can receive natural language instructions directly from the ASI:One LLM and execute actions in real time.

Knowledge Graph-Powered Decision Support The Patient Agent taps into SingularityNET’s MeTTa Knowledge Graph to deliver structured, symptom-based insights before a doctor visit. This gives patients actionable information without compromising privacy.

Publisher Agent with Built-In De-identification All de-identification and privacy compliance logic lives in the Publisher Agent. Before any data leaves the secure domain, it scrubs PII, applies tokenization, and verifies compliance automatically.

Secure Data Exchange and Payments via Marketplace Agent Once anonymized, the Publisher Agent sends datasets to the Marketplace Agent (X-402). This agent manages encrypted, auditable transfers and handles payment settlement — funds release only after de-identification verification — enabling a compliant data marketplace for research organizations.

Hacky but Effective I built a lightweight cross-agent message broker and an in-memory caching layer for medical terminology and common queries. This reduced average response time by ~40% and let me scale without heavy infrastructure.

Why It Works By blending Fetch.ai’s uAgents, SingularityNET’s MeTTa Knowledge Graph, the Chat Protocol, and the Agentverse, I’ve made CareCrypt more than an app. It’s a living, decentralized system of autonomous healthcare agents that can adapt, monetize, and grow across networks.
