Project Description

BONDD is an AI-powered Relationship Capital protocol that verifies real-world human interactions and converts them into non-transferable Hedera Relationship Tokens. When two people meet, BONDD confirms the interaction using GPS proximity, QR confirmation, and an optional wefie. Each participant has their own AI agent that evaluates Chemistry, Resonance, Mutual Value, and Interaction Quality based on profiles and contextual metadata. An orchestrator agent generates a BONDD Score and mints a relationship token to each user.

BONDD’s tokenomics are designed to reward quality over quantity. Tokens increase through meaningful follow-ups, recurring in-person time, and the sustained health of a relationship—not through spammy or superficial interactions. Over time, a user’s cumulative token balance across all their connections becomes a dynamic indicator of their overall Relationship Health and Social Capital.

By turning real-world interactions into measurable, compounding Relationship Capital, BONDD introduces a new trust primitive that can power future social graphs, reputation systems, and community activation layers.

How it's Made

I brainstormed and developed the idea and used Chat GPT to help refine and build the initail app specification. Built the UI/UX in lovable then moved to the repository to build with claude code and learn how to integrate Hedera chain to be the source of non transferable tokens. probably spent over a third of the time problem solving glitches. (not bugs) used Hedera for its features of being able to create a similar experience to asoulbound token through the freeze/unfreeze states, althought didn't have enough time to fully integrate this feature.

technically bondd is a mobile-first Next.js PWA using Supabase for PostgreSQL database, authentication, and real-time subscriptions. The frontend uses TailwindCSS with shadcn/ui components for a clean dark theme. We deployed serverless functions on Vercel to orchestrate multi-agent AI evaluation using OpenAI's GPT-4 via the Google A2A Protocol v0.3. For blockchain settlement, we integrated Hedera Token Service directly via @hashgraph/sdk to mint and distribute Bond Relationship Tokens (BRT).
