A "self-paying" corporate treasury that earns yield on idle payroll funds via Uniswap v4.

ArcFlow is a cross-chain payroll platform that transforms idle payroll funds into yield-generating capital before salaries are distributed. Instead of locking money in a bank account until payday, ArcFlow deploys employer deposits into on-chain liquidity positions, allowing funds to earn swap fees automatically during the payroll cycle. At the scheduled payroll date, the system removes liquidity, returns the earned yield to the employer, and distributes the original salary amounts to employees across chains.
Employers start by depositing USDC and defining recipients, payroll amount, and execution date. The funds are deployed into a Uniswap V4 USDC/USDT liquidity pool, where they earn trading fees while remaining fully liquid. This stablecoin pair minimizes volatility while generating consistent yield from market activity. The liquidity position stays active until the payroll date.
ArcFlow is powered by an autonomous AI agent that manages the entire lifecycle of the payroll. The agent continuously monitors the system and runs four core processes: payroll execution, cross-chain distribution, APY monitoring, and liquidity rebalancing. When the payroll date arrives, the agent automatically removes liquidity from the pool, calculates the earned yield, returns the yield to the employer, and prepares the principal for salary distribution.
The principal is then bridged to the Arc chain using Circle’s Gateway infrastructure. On the destination chain, a distributor contract verifies the payroll state and distributes USDC proportionally to all employee wallets. The entire process is deterministic and verifiable on-chain, ensuring transparency and correctness.
ArcFlow also includes cross-chain yield optimization. The system monitors stablecoin APYs across multiple chains using external yield data sources. If a higher-yield opportunity appears on another supported chain, the agent can migrate the liquidity position automatically, as long as the payroll date is not near. This ensures payroll funds always earn the best available yield before distribution.
To make the system accessible to non-crypto-native employers, ArcFlow provides a natural language interface and CSV-based payroll setup. Employers can create payrolls using simple chat commands, upload employee lists, or use ENS names instead of raw wallet addresses. The agent interprets instructions, validates data, and prepares the required transactions automatically.
By combining DeFi yield, autonomous agents, and cross-chain stablecoin settlement, ArcFlow turns payroll from a passive expense into an active, yield-generating treasury function. It introduces a new financial primitive: autonomous, yield-optimized, cross-chain payroll infrastructure.
ArcFlow is built using Solidity smart contracts, Uniswap V4 liquidity infrastructure, Circle Gateway bridging, and a TypeScript-based autonomous agent. The frontend is built with React and Tailwind, while the backend uses Express and MongoDB for orchestration and state tracking. The system is deployed across Base Sepolia, Ethereum Sepolia, and Arc Testnet.
