ApprovalsDAO - a dapp where any influencer, NFT artist, or any group of NFT holders can have a micro DAO to crowdsource lists of addresses such as whitelists of approved donation or contract addresses
Project Description
An approved whitelist of address/dao/objects achieved by social graph (Lens) and Governance-Proposal-Votes (OpenZeppelin Governance). A dapp where anyone who wants to can set up an ad hoc micro-DAO to gather addresses into a whitelist (approvals) like donation addresses that are approved by a community.
How it's Made
We deployed Lens Protocol's contracts locally to run it. We created a custom NFT Follow module for Lens Protocol to handle the relationship when a fan follows the influencer or artist who is managing membership of the ad hoc DAO. There's another contract that manages the Approval Lists for everyone. All of this connects to a custom Governance contract based on OpenZeppelin.
