We have observed there is a lack of meaningful engagement in web3 events from all the stake holders involved in an event.

1. Sponsors see most event attendees come at booths only for merch
2. Event organisers observe lack of attendance in workshops and true knowledge sharing
3. Attendees are usually not sure what to do once they reach the event. A bit direction-less thus end up grabbing for merch.
