All Weather Finance is an auto-rebalancing RWA that combines tokenised S&P 500 stocks, gold and bonds into a single diversified portfolio. Unlike other RWA tokens, investors can rebalance asset allocations for customised investment strategies. Accessible 24/7 with no intermediaries or large capital requirements, “All Weather RWAs” makes blue-chip investing open to anyone. Different Investors Different Needs!
Mission / Vision A future where blue-chip asset classes like the S&P 500, gold, U.S. real estate, and sector ETFs are readily available on-chain, tradable 24/7, and accessible to anyone for creating diversified portfolios with no barriers to entry.
Problems Solved All Weather RWAs tackles three persistent frictions that keep real‑world assets out of reach for most investors: 1 Limited Global Access to Blue-Chip RWAs Problem: Today, most investors cannot access assets like the S&P 500, U.S. bonds, or commodities without intermediaries and regional restrictions. Solution: All Weather RWAs lowers barriers by tokenizing these major asset classes into a single ETF that anyone can buy 24/7 with no brokers or large capital requirements.
2 Static RWA Tokens Don’t Adapt Problem: Current RWA projects tokenize single assets (like T-Bills) or static baskets. This leaves investors exposed to volatility when one asset underperforms. Solution: Our ETF auto-rebalances across equities, bonds, gold, periodically adjusting weights to hedge downturns and deliver smoother long-term performance.
3 Lack of Transparency & Trust and simple to track and easy to consume Problem: Without proof of reserves, verifiable audits, and KYC options, RWAs struggle to scale into a regulated and trusted investment product. Solution: All Weather RWAs integrates Proof of Reserves for independent audits, and KYC using HTS-complaince layer, ensuring both transparency and regulatory readiness.
