ACTIVIS is a decentralized platform for activists. It operates in the world of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (zk-SNARKs), a revolutionary technology that allows act to prove possession of certain information without revealing it. This is the backbone of the DApp, ensuring privacy and security for all users. Users will be able to participate in advocating for various causes like climate change, black lives matter or violence against women by donating crypto currency, voting anonymously among other features. Due to the sensitive nature of these issues, privacy is very pivotal. The smart contract leverages Zero-Knowledge Proofs to ensure that activist votes are anonymous yet verifiable.

Anon Aadhaar is used in this system to ensure that each vote is unique and comes from a valid user, while also maintaining the user’s privacy. Users can therefore vote on the proposals using their Aadhaar data in a secure and anonymous way.

Scroll is used to deploy the contracts

Semaphore groups are used to represent activist events, polls, or organizations. Each leaf contains an identity commitment for a user, enabling efficient and secure organization of participants. This structure allows for scalable and organized voting scenarios, enhancing the overall functionality of the system.
