Make sure that you watch the tutorial and test out MiniPay. As it is consumer-focused the UX is more user-friendly than the common web3 application. Building for it is almost the same as for any other dApp though. You only need to add a line of code as well as use wagmi or viem in the FE to be eligible for this prize. If you use the MiniPay template of the Celo Composer it will already come with the necessary setup so, you will just have to build mobile-first (UX concept) to be eligible for the prize.
