Optimism’s **RetroPGF** is changing the way impactful software is rewarded. The Optimism Collective funds projects that promote the growth of the Optimism ecosystem. You build projects with impact, you get paid. To achieve this, we need to be able to measure impact across the ecosystem.

For this bounty, create an app on OP Mainnet that can be used to track impact – of people, of products, of other apps, wherever you see value collecting. This can include identity tools, influence measurements, and clever uses of attestations. Bonus points: leverage Ethereum Attestation Service.

Find and improve libraries, frameworks, wallets, and applications so that they natively support Base (constants, providers, etc.). Find as many open source crypto repositories as possible that do not have native Base support, fork, modify, and get your pull request reviewed and merged. Only the first merged PR for a repository counts. Open source projects are weighted based on number of stars and development velocity. Update as many repositories as possible.

Join us in bringing the next cohort of users onchain. Provide a prototype of account abstraction that helps to simplify the user experience on Base. Deploy a project utilizing a paymaster based on specific user criteria, such as holding an NFT or previous onchain activity. Create a subscription service that is easier to consume and manage by being onchain.

Help improve the Base node documentation, setup, and operations. This can be bootstrapping new nodes from a snapshot to improved deployment and start/stop scripts. Find ways to improve monitoring / telemetry for different platforms.

  An interchain application is an application that communicates between different blockchains. It can either transfer assets or make interchain function calls. The winner of this prize will be the most impressive application that makes use of Hyperlane and benefits from its presence on multiple blockchains. This is a perfect opportunity to build a robust DeFi app as a unique OP Chain!

• 💸 Best Use of Hyperlane Warp Routes: $2k USD

  Warp Routes are Hyperlane’s unique take on token bridging. They are unique and instanced expression of bridging as opposed to the traditional omnibus token bridge design. Each Warp Route can have its own security model, using Hyperlane’s Interchain Security Modules.

  This category is for building infrastructure that either enhances Hyperlane or makes use of Hyperlane's capabilities. Maybe you’ll build a customized Deploy tool to bundle Hyperlane with any OP Chain deployment? Or perhaps you’d build a way to more easily connect OP Chains with Hyperlane?

  Hyperlane’s Modular Security Stack is based on a range of Interchain Security Modules that developers can use to secure the way applications communicate between chains. Some ISMs are already available, and more are being developed. The hackathon is a great chance to build new ones.

Consider building with attestations when you need to:

• Verify certain aspects or attributes of something’s identity (verifications, skills, identity)
• Provide a guarantee that something happened, was said, or was completed.
• Provide proof of provenance or the origination of something
• Provide a 3rd party proof of anything - like provenance, skills, funds, attendance, contribution
• Build a reputation system within a community, marketplace, or app.
• Generate a badge or verification for someone/thing
• Prove/verify compliance in a process to prove specific procedures were followed
• Prove/verify that a statement was made by someone at sometime
• Provide more transparency in decision-making processes
