Qualification Requirements

• Deploy a smart contract or run transactions on Flow Testnet or Flow Mainnet • Must have a README.md and state the project is built on Flow, specify testnet or mainnet, and list the deployed or used contract address(es). Submissions missing these details in the README.md risk being disqualified.
