GHO is an ERC-20 token, with support for signature based approvals, and the ability to use on-chain facilitators such as the Aave Ethereum Market and Flashmint facilitators to access liquidity. These features enable advanced integration to be built into the token transfer process. This prize category is to build tooling to simplify the experience of sending and receiving payments with GHO, and utilizing the unique features of facilitators. Vaults can be any smart contract integration of GHO which defines the allocation of GHO tokens amongst users, groups, or protocols. This prize category is looking for projects to leverage composability and verifiability of smart agreements to enable new use cases for GHO. Ideas include but are not limited to ERC-4626, credit delegation, NFT credit delegation, and DeFi protocol integrations.

Facilitators are addresses with the ability to mint GHO tokens, with bucket limits determined by Aave Governance. The Aave V3 Market Facilitator and Flashmint Facilitator are the initial facilitators that launched with the GHO Token. This prize category is to create new potential facilitators for GHO. An emphasis on verifiably collateralized reserves through smart contract agreements, proof-of-reserves, or other oracle implementations.
