Tempus is a multi-chain fixed income protocol. Tempus integrates with lending protocols, staking protocols, and yield aggregators, and lets users fix or speculate on the yield generated by them.Tempus has three different use cases, each of which offers a unique value proposition: Fix your future yield using any supported Yield Bearing Token (such as stETH, aUSDC, and yvDAI). Speculate on the rate of future yield of any supported Yield Bearing Token. Provide liquidity on any supported yield-bearing token pool and earn trading fees on top of the existing variable yield on the Yield Bearing Token.

🏆 Tempus is rewarding creative uses of the Tempus fixed income protocol to increase its position in the DeFi space. Tempus will be awarding $5,000 for the best hack submission:

🥇 1st Prize - $5,000

On top of that there is a pool prize that will be shared by all submissions that will build on top of Tempus.

🏊 Pool Prize - $3,000

To judge the hacks we'll look for the following in awarding prizes:

  • The longevity of the hack (whether it will continue to exist after the hackathon)
  • The quality of the end product
  • The potential impact of the hack
  • The "x factor" of the hack
