Connext is the interoperability protocol of L2 Ethereum. Connext enables sending value and calling contracts across Ethereum-compatible chains and L2s, with plug-in support for non-Ethereum systems. 🏆 Connext is offering:
- 💡 $5000: Best use of a cross-chain dApp that uses permissioned calls (e.g. DAO governance).
- 💸 $2000: Best use of a cross-chain dApp that uses permissionless calls (e.g. deposit into an LP).
- 📈 $500, $300, $200: Contribute to example xapp flows that we’ve already carved out in the starter kit.
Judging Criteria
- Creativity - Demonstrate use cases that we haven’t thought of or improve the user experience for existing flows in novel ways.
- Quality - While hackathons are a sprint and we fully expect end results to be scrappy, we’ll give bonus points to projects that deliver with more polish.
- Impact - Bonus points for projects that can create value for the wider ecosystem.
