Project Description
We believe online games should work the decentralized way as a protocol. Think about Poker protocol, or Backgammon protocol, like email protocols (SMTP, POP3). This means everyone can write their client and use the same protocol.
Our vision is to store all assets on IPFS. To keep all NFTs in Blockchain. The only missing piece was a real-time communication mechanism for online games. I've discovered XMTP on this hackathon and I'm super excited to present the initial version of P2P Gaming platform.
How it's Made
We use @xmtp_ as a communication channel. The source code of xmtp.chat app was forked and transformed it to the gaming platform. We benefit from XMTP features like e2e encryption. Our focus is more on a board games. We worked on Push notification integration using @pushprotocol.
