Incentivized accountability platform backed by a DeFi staking protocol.
Have you ever been told to expect something that has never actually happened? Or how many times have you tried to stay on track with your goals by making a New Yearsβ resolution list or promising to start working out with your friends every Monday? We came up with the solution to keep you and your peers accountable to stay on top of your commitments. Put the money where your mouth is and achieve the goal you have promised... #sipstea
onTrack helps to keep you and your friends motivated in achieving your goals. Our aim is to empower you to take control of your accomplishments while having the support and inspiration from your buddies. How does it work? onTrack is a user-friendly accountability platform in which any number of participants agree to timely goal. You decide on the commitment you want to make and how often you want to take the steps towards it. You can also agree with friends in achieving a common goal. What's the cherry on top? Your money is working for you while you are working towards your goals. The amount staked by all parties goes into a liquidity pool and at the end of the challenge, winners get a yielded amount.
The project uses technology provided by the following sponsors: WorldCoin - we used World ID to enable Proof of Personhood verification for our sign-up process. Users can swap any ERC-20 Token using 0x Swap API to ApeCoin to stake at the liquidity pools also deployed on 0x technology. We have chosen ApeCoin for staking on our platform to give additional perks to our users available to only ApeCoin holders. To put it on a blockchain we deployed a smart contract on Polygon to avoid high transaction fees. We wanted to make our platform multichain so a user has the option to deploy it on Gnosis Chain for a cheaper gas fee or on Optimism to support a public good cause and contribute to the community. Thanks to Tenderly's easy UI we decided to use it for a seamless experience for testing our smart contracts. Triangle gave us the capability to collect assets from all the participant's wallets and store it in a vault for the duration of the bet and then later disperse the assets to all participants. We have used Midpoint technology to pull data about the representatives by person's respective addresses using Google's civic information API. Thanks to the Graph have created a subgraph with our smart contract information for data collection.
