Nodify

In web3 the challenge of sending notifications to a wallet address is solved by Push protocol, but to send a custom notification related to a DAPP, the current implementation requires creating a channel and a backend service that monitors the onchain events and actions related to the DAPP and when the required condition is met the backend service will send the notification by signing a transaction, This issue of running backend service is solved by Nodify where the user can use the Nodify channel and create custom notifications for any dapp.

Currently, we have created a backend that stores this notification configuration of users for the Compound app, so whenever the loan is about to get liquidated it sends a notification, we are working on extending this notification configuration to any smart contract deployed on chain

In the future, this service can also be plugged into the PUSH node where along with relaying notifications the Push node can also generate notifications for the user, the user in turn can stake PUSH token for this service

We were finding it difficult to find the functions in the Compound smart contract to find the conditions related to liquidation and also had problems with the implemention related to Push SDK that was resolved with the help of Push team at the booth
