Inspired by Job + DAO. Joba was formed. Our mission is to enable people to work more flexibly and build successful careers on their own terms.

We noticed 3 key problems today;

1. No professional network caters to contract/freelance workers for projects under one year even though this segment is growing.
2. Assessing non-technical talent qualifications and on-chain reputation currently doesn't exist.
3. Managing multiple projects and getting paid is complex.

Joba aims to solve these problems as a decentralzed network of talent and clients that uses on-chain payment data to build reputation, increase efficiency for finding talent, and enable contractors/freelancers manage their work flow.

Imagine a Trello board, but each task is a project or piece of work tied to a monetary value. When you log-in or connect your wallet, you create your profile, and create a project that is assigned a value for the size of the contract.

Once you make your project, you can create an invoice, and select your payment method to get paid. You create the project link to share with your client, and Superfluid begins to stream your payment/salary.

As you complete projects, we use these as "projects" as "experiences" to display on your profile which functions as your reputation or resume on-chain.

On your profile it is anon since you connect your wallet address, you can review # of complete projects, # of disputed projects, and the history of all their projects which is a good indicator of their work. This is how we can assess talent on-chain.
