Project Description
Drain keeps your wallets safe by letting you see and send all of your tokens to a fresh wallet. It's slow and difficult to add every token manually and then send every last decimal place to another wallet. If an exploit or a hack begins, you can drain and make a quick exit to a fresh wallet that has different private keys and zero token permissions.
How it's Made
Drain is built on Polygon, IPFS, WalletConnect, TypeScript, and Next.js. I had the joy of using RainbowKit for the first time and connecting. Using Polygon allowed me to securely drain and test many wallets for cheap!
Using IPFS allowed me to have an uncensorable and unstoppable site, which is key during the current times of censorship concerns. Whenever you see a hack or get a new hardware wallet and need to start fresh on a new wallet, IPFS has you covered by hosting Drain forever!
