DNA - Dynamic NFT Asset

LYNC DNA is built on top of Filecoin Virtual Machine and unlocks easy deployment of in-game assets on FVM as dynamic NFTs and allows developers to add upgradeable assets and dynamic metadata without changing the token URI and token CID. DNA allows for skill-based minting, making it a versatile and customizable option for game developers.

DNA provides these key features:

• Representation of in-game assets as dynamic NFTs on FVM.
• Dynamic metadata without altering token URI or token CID.
• Skill-based minting on FVM.
• Milestone-based upgrading and degrading of in-game assets as NFTs without hampering the gaming experience.

We have built this project on top of FVM Filecoin- Hyperspace Testnet. Where are we keeping the token URI the same but updating the metadata directly with the help of W3name. We have to integrate the same inside a unity game where we have integrated the support of FVM Filecoin- Hyperspace Testnet inside LYNC-Metamask-SDK. And the character is getting upgraded based on the milestones. We have deployed all the NFTs used in-game demo on the lighthouse because it enhances the speed of data getting fetched using the private gateway.

As dynamic NFTs have been in talks for a long time, with this project our DNA NFT standard can be used by developers to integrate with few clicks and can be upgraded and used for milestone-based minting, skills-based minting and updgadable NFT.
