De-library is programmed to provide a bridge between educators and learners through quality research papers and scientific discoveries. It’s tailored towards making the acquisition of papers that will aid research investigations for scientists and researchers.
De-Library aims to help generate funds for both creators and also readers. we made it seamless for authors to list their works on the platform, these publications are verified by the Dao members of the platform to curb any issue of theft or copyrighting. When users or readers interact with this product they pay a small fee to the author and this money is then streamed to the creator of these products. Users or readers can also make money from the platform by interacting and summarizing publications to others
We made use of IPFS, TABLELAND and SPHERON Ipfs we used web3storage to store the document or publication. tableland was used to insert properties of the product which includes (author name, the genre of the book or publication. We saved the cid/url of the ipfs(web3storage) of each publication as a field in tableland to match the corresponding field. We then use spheron for the frontend deployment.
