Cryptster

Problem it solves:

• Lens right now doesn't have a platform to support creators except for collect modules through publications.

• Avoid entering personal information: We need to give a lot of personal information on existing crowdfunding platforms that is not needed for the platform or either useful for consumers like IP address, Browser fingerprints, Location data.

• Privacy: There is no privacy on the existing platforms, all the data we gave are sold for advertisements, and all our posts and chats are monitored by 1000s of mods and admins.

• Downtime: The app we use right now is prone to downtime because that is hosted by a single company with a limited amount of servers.

How we solved it:

• We built Cryptster, decentralized crowdfunding platform where creators can accept cryptos from their followers without need of sharing address in simple UI

• Personal Information: You don't provide any personal information except your username (it's your choice) and wallet address, and we don't collect any sensitive information and it's difficult to store those in Smart contracts.

• Privacy: Cryptster or Lens team don't have access to moderate your tiers, every tier and info you enter is public

• Downtime: Cryptster is hosted in a decentralised chain and decentralised file storage system IPFS, this means there will be 0 downtime and no one can DDoS the platform.
