Buddy is decentralized peer to peer(person to person) crypto marketplace connecting global individuals to trade and exchange fiat for cryptocurrencies with support for a wide range of payment options including Bank Transfer, Paypal etc

Our p2p crypto transactions are powered with Escrow smart contracts. We facilitate direct transfers of cryptocurrencies while seamlessly paying the fiat equivalent to your counterpart. Our innovative solution solves several crucial problems in the crypto space.

Eliminating Middlemen: By facilitating direct transfers between individuals, our platform removes the need for intermediaries such as exchanges or payment processors. This is needed because not every Token creator will be able to list on an exchange. Using our P2P platform allows token creators to support people using different kind of payment options including paypal, apple pay, domiciliary accounts etc. This allows users in countries where crypto on rails are not present to be able to purchase tokens from token creators

Flexibility in Payment Methods: We understand that every individual has unique preferences when it comes to payment methods. Our platform supports a wide range of fiat payment options, providing users with the freedom to choose the method that suits them best.

Trust and Security: By powering the transfers with smart contract escrows, users can be assured that their funds are protected at all times.

We used WalletConnect/Wagmi/Web3Modal to enable Multichain support in our dApp. Our frontend is built in Angular with NgBootstrap used as our frontend css framework.

Our smart contracts are deployed both to the Mantle testnet and Scroll Sepolia testnet.

We also used NExt ID's profile service and the eb3.bio Universal id service for our trust rating, the more profiles you have bounded to your web3 Id, the higher your trust level
