Huddl is a Social-Impact-to-Earn (SI2E) platform that radically changes how communities are mobilized and funded for social good.

Our Mission: To replace the traditional "black box" of charity and volunteering with a trustless, incentivized system.

How It Works: Sponsors (or organizations) transparently fund real-world community events, like a Local Park Cleanup, by depositing stablecoin rewards (PYUSD) into an escrow contract. Participants who attend and are verified via our simple QR Proof-of-Action system instantly receive the reward.

The Value: This creates the first fully auditable and instantly incentivized system for social impact. Sponsors gain a real-time, transparent view of their funds and verified participant data, ensuring every dollar leads to a measurable deed.

Huddl is a full-stack decentralized application built on a modern architecture that prioritized user experience (UX) and contract security. The frontend is built using Next.js, while the core logic resides in our Hardhat 3-tested Solidity smart contracts. For easy onboarding, we integrate Web3Auth to provide seamless social login, drastically reducing the barrier to entry for community participants. Our key technical innovation is the QR Proof-of-Action model: the Organizer's Next.js interface scans a unique QR code, which triggers the on-chain verification function and subsequent PYUSD airdrop. This design intentionally bypasses complex GPS tracking for reliability. The system is made fully auditable by integrating Envio (HyperIndex), which indexes all critical contract events in real-time. This fast, indexed data feeds the Next.js Sponsor Impact Dashboard, giving all stakeholders a transparent, real-time view of verified social impact.
